Return,Refund and Cancellation Policy

What is the general Return, Refund, Replacement or Cancellation policy on SNC HEALTH MEDICO?

1. 14 Days Return Policy

While ordering at SNC HEALTH MEDICO, we offer you complete peace of mind– you can return all items within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure that the product is unused and the tags and the boxes and other packaging is intact.

If you are not satisfied with any product that you have bought, we’ll definitely take it back within 14 days from the date of delivery. We will reverse the payment if you have paid by card. In the case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, a cheque will be issued in the registered name of the customer.

2. What should I do if I receive a Damaged item, wrong product or missing units in my order?

Please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received if an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, to our customer care at snchealthmedicos@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We will definitely arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund, a different item in exchange, as per your request. However, it should be noted that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.

3. Is there a specific policy for returns?

Nutrition: Products should be received in original packaging and also in a sealed condition. Opened and/or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. Products would not be applicable for return for issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other, etc. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product and take their opinions into consideration.
Fitness Equipment: There is no return policy for any kind of fitness equipment unless it is damaged in transit.

4. Following shall NOT be eligible for return, refund or replacement:

Definition: ‘Return‘ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer to the Seller/SNC HEALTH MEDICO on our website. Following situations may arise:

  • Damages caused due to misuse of the product.
  • Incidental damage caused due to malfunctioning of the product.
  • Any consumable item that has been used or even installed.
  • Products that have tampered with or missing serial / UPC numbers.
  • Any damages/defects that are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Any product that is returned devoid of all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
  • There might be some special rules for promotional offers that may override SNC HEALTH MEDICO 14 Days Return Policy

Return could also result in a Refund of money in some of the cases.

We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, SNC HEALTH MEDICO/seller shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

The following RULES apply to this Policy:

1. Certain consumable items will not be returned or refunded, Such items include in case the seal is found to be broken.

2. In case of damaged or any missing product the customer needs to raise the request within 24hours from the time of delivery. Once the customer has raised the request, he/she needs to provide a visual proof (an image) of the damaged product to SNC HEALTH MEDICO within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

3. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.

4. In the event the Seller accepts the return request raised by the customer, customer will have to return the product and then the refund shall be credited to the customer’s account.

5. Refund will only be processed after a quality check of the product by experts of SNC HEALTH MEDICO.

Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice.

REPLACEMENT: 

In order to get a defective item replaced, contact Customer Care via Contact Us within 24 hours from the date of delivery. The defective product or part of the product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

5. I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

To initiate a return, you can Contact Us. Once you have initiated a return, you will receive a call explaining the process.
We will facilitate the pick-up of the item whenever possible. In case, we are not able to arrange for the pick-up, you can return the item through Speed Post courier service and share tracking details and we will return the courier costs.

6. Cancellation policy by SNC HEALTH MEDICO

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Cash payment mode orders will be cancelled for non-receipt of cash within 48 hours from the time of placing the order. Cheque payment mode orders will be cancelled if cheque is not deposited or intimation of the same is not given to us within 48 hours from the time of placing the order.

Cancellation by Customer:

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same

2. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
